Sri V.SANKARA REDDY is dedicated and diligent National awardee in Education. The teachers students and community treated him as indispensible for all-round development of their institution where ever he worked. He promoted standards of education through analysis and devising plan of action duly identifying the slow learner, average students and bright students. Under the leadership of Mr.Reddy the teachers feel enthused, and transact class room instruction with pleasure and dedication.
He is adept in creating conducive atmosphere for teachers to teach and students to learn duly enlisting the parental cooperation. He has introduced various innovative schemes like student teacher counseling activities, methods to reconcile individual difference and other allied activities which resulted in attainment of higher levels in all issues related to total comprehensive personality growth of children.
The system of informal evaluation introduced in day to day teaching and ensuring meaningful transaction of school curriculum in qualitatively. He sought effective cooperation of parents in retention of students in schools and checking the dropouts on continual basis. He actively participated in adult literacy programs. Mahabubnagar being very back ward district, where girls child education is at lowest ebb he actively teamed up with worldwide organization like UNICEF in preparing Project reports devising the ways and means of educating girl child in particular. He also worked for child labour eradication.
It needs to be emphasisised that the under the leadership of Mr.Reddy students actively participated in Science fairs, Sports N.C.C., N.S.S Programs. His Leadership qualities are evidence by the fact the leader of PRTU for over 20 years and 5 years H.M Association. In the capacity of leader of teachers Union created awareness about the trends in Education and its impact on the quality of Social life in education and its impact on the quality of Social life in the Community and made every on e to realize their personality growth as a good teacher by organizing various Educational programs.
During the total service period of 36 years as Head master of the Institution the reputation of the H.M is appreciable and significant in the local community. During his service as H.M the enrolment of students was very high and with community supports infrastructure facilities like acquiring lands, construction of building, compound walls etc. for instance Z.P.H.School of Bhoothpur, Garlapad and Badepally are the institutions where all infrastructure facilities are available today because of the hard work put in by Mr.Reddy.
The very fact that the genuine interest of Mr.Reddy’s love the children needs requires the special mention. In particular the children of deprived class of society are today engineering, medical and other professional Courses many of his students rendering professional services. Mr.Reddy carried out many schemes, which would speak of his involvement in social life of community.Many community awareness programs family planning, aforstation schemes, population education. Communal hormany, Flood relief work, P.M. Relief funds , etc. As member of District Vocational guidance cell he made the people and students to go for self employment schemes thro counseling activities. He started community Polytechinics with the help of Polytechnic lecturers and trained people in various professions. During his service he was appreciated by almost be every administrator non officials in the department and villagers alike where ever he worked. It requires special emphasis that Hon’ble Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu during the Visit of the School reviewed all aspects like public support school educational standards, of children and expressed satisfaction about overall achievements of the school in respect of all related School activities; he started Jr.College and running successfully.
He is partner in 3 star Hotels, theaters to provide employment to locals. He constructed temples and partner in old age homes. To provide good and meaning full education and all round development to children started their institution “GEETHA SHRI”.
